Devsinc recently invited Mr. Yaser Awan (Director Labs-Mindstorm Studios) as a guest speaker at Women In Tech conference. The event’s purpose was not only to appreciate the women working in the tech industry but also to discuss their pain points and how they can be overcome.
During the event, a panel discussion on “How to increase women’s representation in a leadership role in the tech industry” was also conducted. The conversation was moderated by Yaser Awan and he was joined by Iqra Hameed, Ayesha Zaman, and Siddra Anwar as panelists. The panel touched on various points on how women’s leadership can be enhanced and what factors affect them. This initiative is also echoed by Mindstorm Studios and we hope that through such discussions women’s representation in leadership roles can be meaningfully increased.
